This week’s episode is a bit of a real talk! I’m right in the middle of my biggest launch to date, so there’s a lot going on behind the scenes.
However, I’ve intentionally made this launch feel lighter than any launch I’ve done before. And that’s even with school holidays, twin toddlers, and a to-do list that’s still very much growing.
So I wanted to share why it feels different. Because I haven’t magically gained more time or fewer responsibilities (actually the opposite!). But I’ve made three shifts this year that have completely changed the way my business feels, even during the busiest seasons.
